Psychic Art

This is another area that I, personally, find interesting, if only for the fact of understanding how, or where, these psychics get these images from. Are they really proof of life after life? Or are they just from the artists own imagination?

Not for one minute am I suggesting that the information is not ‘genuine’ – just that there are other avenues to consider, as with most things in life and until I have that ‘proof’ I will always question.

Psychic artists have a talent for drawing people, or animals or pets, who show themselves from the spirit world.

Sometimes this may be a full image, that would be obvious to the sitter (the person having the reading), or it could be like a jigsaw puzzle - a hat , distinguishing feature such as a hooked nose, scars, eyes, or even the person’s build etc., leaving the sitter to fill in the gaps and complete the picture.

With this type of reading the psychic artist may not be able to provide verbal information or provide a full likeness for you, yet sometimes, you can get the most detailed of pictures along with a good amount of relevant information to make the reading complete.

Some mediums master this skill with lifelike sketches and paintings which can lead to some excellent works of art.

There are several mediums who have spent many years concentrating on developing and improving their ‘gift’ to become psychic artists, proving through drawings that there is possibly life after life.

The following quotation is from Debbie Dean, a well known psychic artist:

"When I feel the pencil move I just go with it and enjoy watching the picture appear"

Psychic art is often compared to automatic writing, as they work both on a similar basis.

I have spoken to several psychic artists over the years. Recently I had a reading done and I asked the artist does the drawing come from yourself or does some other ‘force’ takeover and guide you to draw? The only answer they could provide was "I just relax and go with it".

Laura's Picture from the reading

I found that the reading that I had wasn’t a good one, although I guess that there is still time for things to become clear. I’ll hold on to the drawing and see whether maybe, over time, the person in the picture matches with the verbal information provided. Perhaps this will make more sense at a later date.

When I have a reading, I don’t like to disregard anything I have been given, I take everything and store the information and if it never works out, I have never lost anything, but if it does, then perhaps there is something to all this psychic stuff.
